Ismael Gonzalez | Real Estate Broker & Enrolled Agent

As the owner of SFBA Ismael realized that the property management and brokerage business had a disconnect within the tax planning side of a client’s concerns; realizing that real estate brokers and accountants were often at odds over advice to mutual clients. In 2013 Ismael acquired the Enrolled Agent designation admitting him to practice before the IRS and offer his clients tax advice, after having accumulated his real estate experience since 2001. This dual licensing proved to set SFBA apart from competitors. Ismael has become an expert to other CPA’s and EA’s regarding tax issues concerning real estate and is often retained as a consultant. Ismael had built SFBA to be the true “go to” boutique real estate investment firm for the small to medium sized investor. In short the operation is now concentrating on real estate tax planning, estate planning and mainly dealing in property management.

Nikki Zarazun | Broker Associate

Nikki Zarazun brings 20 years of full time experience and knowledge of the South Florida residential real estate market to SFBA. A licensed Broker Associate, and a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) with a background in property management, her expertise in this arena facilitate our dealings with both residential and commercial Associations, and translate to optimal service for buyers, sellers, and landlords. Her determination and self discipline have permitted her to continue her studies while traveling abroad in her earlier years, at which time she became fluent in Spanish. Her persistence, conscientious nature, and fondness of the industry have carried her into a lengthy and successful real estate career. She's helped the first home buyer to the seasoned investor, utilizing market and financial analysis combined with leveraging current market conditions in negotiations. Her high regard and value for each she works with brings a sincere and earnest touch to every transaction, and has culminated in life-long trusted relationships. Nikki's objective is to expertly guide each client through their personalized real estate needs.

Froilan Sosa | Real Estate Associate

Froilan Sosa offers his clients "Excellence in Real Estate Services" providing knowledge, professionalism, integrity and a personalized experience to make all the right moves in property acquisition. A professional full time realtor since 2004, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions from 400 sq ft studio apartments to 15,000 sq ft homes. Coming from the “Entertainment World” and working with executives and celebrities alike, he has specialized in the sales and rentals of hip/chic, luxurious, and spectacular residences throughout South Florida. His intimate familiarity with Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown, Midtown and neighboring areas provides him the ability to give the best possible service. Froilan is also well versed in commercial real estate transactions providing strategic commercial real estate services to local and national companies, including lease acquisition and disposition, market and site analysis, financial analysis, transaction structuring and long-term strategic planning.

Esteban Giraldo | Administrative Assistant

Esteban Giraldo serves as the Administrative Assistant at South Florida Brokers & Associates. With a bachelor’s degree in Business, Esteban plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm. His responsibilities include handling all administrative tasks, managing backend operations, overseeing tenant relations, coordinating with contractors for tenant and property issues, and supporting the firm’s accounting needs.
